The client acknowledges that: - It is solely responsible for the content of messages sent. - It must have the necessary authorizations from its end users. - It must comply with applicable legislation on data protection and electronic communications. - It must comply with the policies of integrated platforms (for example, WhatsApp Business). GoriDev does not individually supervise or validate content sent by its clients.

Service suspension
GoriDev may suspend or cancel access in cases of: - Illegal or fraudulent use - Sending spam - Violation of third-party policies - Breach of these Terms

Availability
The service may depend on external platforms. GoriDev does not guarantee continuous availability or total absence of technical errors.

Applicable law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. Any dispute will be resolved before the competent courts of Guadalajara, Jalisco.
